When I took on the project, Reverse Health was only associated with a single product, but there was no established brand, direction, or strategy. It was essentially a collection of freelancers without a unified vision. My role was to build a comprehensive, scalable brand system and assemble a team from scratch to support the company's growth into a multi-product portfolio. As the Creative Director and Strategist, I led the entire rebranding process from the ground up, with Alicia Lopez as the Art Director. We employed a data-driven approach, constantly testing ideas through paid media before implementation, to ensure the new brand was both flexible and impactful. A key challenge was revitalizing the brand’s identity while maintaining the existing logo, creating a cohesive visual identity that could evolve with the company.
